At SCULPT, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Combined with processing time, please allow 6–9 business days total from order placement to delivery. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed — actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

 Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. Orders over $70 ship free.

Where We Ship

 We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order

 You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it’s the customer’s responsibility to track the package and ensure someone is available to receive it, if needed. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate.

Shipping Delays

 SCULPT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. If your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before the order ships.
